Manage a user draw with the same wallet that submitted its request. A request and the draw created from it are different stages: the actions available before creation are not available after the draw is published.
Find the right record
Open your user draws and use the portfolio filters:
- Requests contains submitted requests that have not become draws yet;
- Active contains published draws that are still in progress;
- History contains finished requests and draws.
Confirming transaction means ElyxS is still checking the wallet transaction. Awaiting creation means the request is recorded, but the draw has not been created yet.
If a record does not appear immediately, do not submit a duplicate. Keep the same wallet connected and wait for the latest network data to reach ElyxS.
Cancel a request before creation
If the current request card offers Cancel request, you can cancel it before the draw is created:
- Select Cancel request.
- Read the cancellation warning.
- Select Confirm cancellation and approve the transaction in your wallet.
- Wait for ElyxS to update the request before taking another action.
Cancellation is a blockchain transaction. Network gas is paid separately in SUPRA. The charged creation fee is retained.
This action is not available after the request becomes a draw. The organizer cannot use it to cancel an active draw.
If a request is rejected
A rejected request did not become a draw. The system returns the charged creation fee and starts the applicable return process for a contract-held prize.
You cannot edit a rejected request. Correct the cause and submit a new request with the current terms.
Return a contract-held prize
Depending on the prize type and current onchain state, ElyxS may show one of these actions:
- Return token prize;
- Return NFT prize.
Use a return action only when it appears for your record. It can appear after a request is canceled or rejected, or after a created draw reaches a canceled state and the prize remains returnable.
Prize return is a separate blockchain transaction with its own network gas. If the interface no longer offers the action, do not assume another return is required.
Manage a draw after creation
Open the created draw from Active or History. You can follow its current stage, participation, recorded terms, and result, and copy its public link where available.
The published terms cannot be edited. The organizer cannot manually select a winner, change the recorded prize or schedule, or cancel an active draw.
If the draw later becomes canceled under its recorded rules, participant refunds and any organizer prize return follow their own available actions.
Collect revenue
After a paid draw is completed, ElyxS calculates its settlement. If an amount is available to the organizer, the draw panel enables Collect revenue.
Review the amounts shown for that draw, then approve the transaction in your wallet. Revenue collection:
- is a separate blockchain transaction with network gas paid in SUPRA;
- does not receive the winner's prize;
- does not change the draw result;
- cannot be repeated after the available amount has been collected.
If the action is absent, disabled, or the available amount is zero, do not calculate or submit a transfer manually. Wait for the current state shown by ElyxS.
Fulfill an organizer-provided prize
When the organizer provides the prize directly, the contract records the published description and the winner but does not hold or deliver the prize.
The organizer remains responsible for fulfilling the published terms outside the contract. A completed result proves who won; it does not prove that the prize was delivered.
If a transaction result is unclear
Cancellation, prize return, and revenue collection move assets. Do not repeat one of these actions while its result is uncertain.
- Keep the same wallet connected.
- Wait for ElyxS to finish checking the submitted transaction.
- Refresh the portfolio and wallet history.
- If needed, verify the transaction in SupraScan.
- Retry only after the original transaction is clearly shown as failed.
Use Verify a user draw on the blockchain when you need to compare the recorded terms, frozen entries, randomness, and result. Winner and participant asset actions are covered by Claim a prize or refund.
