Terms of Use

ElyxS provides a web interface and supporting services for smart-contract draws on Supra L1.

ElyxS supports platform lotteries, jackpots, and user-created draws.

ElyxS is not a real-money lottery or gambling service, custodial wallet, broker, exchange, payment processor, financial adviser, or investment product.

The public beta uses Supra Testnet assets. Testnet SUPRA, tickets, prizes, payouts, tokens, and NFTs have no real monetary value.

They are not redeemable for legal tender or Mainnet assets.

Do not send Mainnet assets, fiat funds, private keys, seed phrases, or real-value tokens to a Testnet contract, address, or support channel.

A future Mainnet deployment or real-value campaign may require separate terms, risks, jurisdiction controls, prize rules, and refund rules.

These documents form part of the terms:

• Draw and Raffle Official Rules;
• Refund and Claim Policy;
• Privacy Policy;
• Cookie Policy.

A draw page may state more specific terms. Those terms apply to that draw unless the contract state makes them impossible to perform.

You may use ElyxS only if:

• you are at least 18 and meet the legal age in your jurisdiction;
• you have legal capacity to accept these terms;
• your use and participation are lawful both where you live and where you access ElyxS;
• you are not located, incorporated, or ordinarily resident where law, sanctions, export controls, or ElyxS policy prohibit use;
• you are not subject to sanctions or blocked-person restrictions;
• you do not use ElyxS for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, abusive automation, or unlawful gambling.

ElyxS does not currently perform full identity verification. You are responsible for deciding whether you may use the platform.

ElyxS may restrict access when it reasonably believes use is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms.

ElyxS does not store your wallet keys or control assets that remain in your wallet. You control the wallet and keys used to create a draw, buy a ticket, claim a prize, receive a refund, or claim organizer revenue.

Prizes placed under contract custody are different: the smart contract holds the disclosed prize until a successful winner claim or an allowed pre-result return.

Review the network, contract target, function, amount, and asset address before signing.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. ElyxS cannot recover a seed phrase, replace a lost wallet, or move a contract right to another wallet.

If a wallet or network result is uncertain, do not sign the same action again blindly.

Let ElyxS check the existing attempt, then review wallet history or SupraScan. Retry only after the original attempt is confirmed failed or the app offers a safe retry.

Platform lotteries and jackpots are created by ElyxS. A user-created draw begins with a wallet request made under the current product and contract limits.

A user-created draw may be free or use SUPRA for paid tickets. Third-party tokens and NFTs are not accepted as ticket payment.

A signed request may remain pending, be completed by the authorized lifecycle service, be rejected by the platform or system, or be canceled by the owner.

After completion, the configured sales window, Supra dVRF request, settlement, cancellation, claim, refund, and organizer-revenue rules apply.

Available prizes may include contract-custodied SUPRA, a supported fungible asset, supported NFT objects, or a prize managed and delivered by the organizer.

Contract-custodied prizes are locked through the contract flow before the draw becomes active. After a valid result, the smart contract transfers the assigned prize through the supported receipt process.

For an organizer-managed prize, the contract does not hold or deliver the prize. The organizer is responsible for its existence, accuracy, legality, condition, delivery, taxes, deadlines, and external disputes.

Supra dVRF proves the random output used by the fixed selection rules. It cannot prove organizer performance.

A user-created draw may charge a creation fee and a fee based on successful sales. The creation fee is credited toward the sales-based fee, and only any remaining balance is deducted from sales.

Some creator features and conditions may depend on the account access available at the time. ElyxS shows current availability and cost before you confirm an action.

After a valid result, a contract-backed winner entitlement is a perpetual and irrevocable right of the winning wallet.

It does not expire, return to the organizer, roll into another pool, or become platform revenue.

The interface helps explain state, but it does not replace the contract record.

ElyxS may pause affected processes, configure supported modes, fees, and availability, reject pending requests, cancel active draws where permitted, hide content, and restrict abusive access.

These controls do not give ElyxS access to private keys or assets in a user's wallet.

They cannot revoke, refund, sweep, or redirect a contract-backed winner entitlement after a valid result.

You must not:

• exploit contract, wallet, Oracle, dVRF, supporting-service, or transaction-recovery behavior;
• bypass ticket, trust, location, or sanctions controls;
• use bots or Sybil wallets to defeat fairness limits;
• publish deceptive prize, issuer, collection, or organizer claims;
• submit malware, unsafe links, infringing media, spam, or denial-of-service traffic;
• make fraudulent prize, refund, revenue, or support claims;
• use ElyxS for unlawful activity.

ElyxS may restrict access, hide content, refuse support, or preserve evidence when prohibited conduct is suspected.

Users and draw creators are responsible for profile data, titles, descriptions, links, covers, prize terms, asset addresses, and other content they submit.

Do not submit content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, abusive, unsafe, privacy-invasive, or designed to impersonate another person or project.

Do not claim that an organizer-managed prize is held or guaranteed by the contract.

Submitted draw content and rules are bound by immutable on-chain commitments.

ElyxS may hide or remove hosted content from public display, but moderation does not rewrite chain history.

You grant ElyxS the limited rights needed to store, reproduce, resize, scan, moderate, and display submitted content for the platform and public history.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that use.

ElyxS processes wallet data, public chain data, profiles, user-draw content, asset metadata, feature-availability records, support requests, consent, and limited diagnostics.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain that processing.

Public Supra L1 records and immutable content commitments cannot be deleted by ElyxS.

The public beta does not provide rewards with real value unless a separate written campaign rule says otherwise.

ElyxS does not promise profit, yield, appreciation, resale value, token listing, reward conversion, or investment return.

Users and organizers are responsible for taxes, reporting, licensing, prize restrictions, and legal compliance.

ElyxS may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue beta features.

Chain incidents, wallet issues, RPC outages, data-processing delay, maintenance, asset metadata, or security events may affect availability.

Material legal changes may require acceptance of an updated legal bundle before protected actions.

ElyxS is provided on an "as available" basis.

ElyxS does not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, asset value, organizer performance, or legal suitability for every user.

Platform content is not legal, financial, tax, investment, security, or technical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElyxS, its contributors, maintainers, operators, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

They are not liable for lost profit, data, opportunity, wallet access, external prize delivery, third-party metadata, or claimed Testnet value arising from the beta.

Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
