These rules apply to ElyxS draws unless a draw page or campaign rule states a more specific term.
1. Scope
These rules cover platform lotteries, jackpots, and user-created draws.
Platform lotteries and jackpots are created by ElyxS. A user-created draw begins with a creator's request and uses the contract-governed sales, Supra dVRF, and settlement lifecycle after creation.
The public beta uses Supra Testnet assets. Testnet tickets, prizes, payouts, balances, and rewards have no real monetary value.
2. Eligibility
You must satisfy the Terms of Use. You must be at least 18, legally allowed to participate both where you live and where you access ElyxS, and not subject to sanctions or other restrictions.
ElyxS may restrict access when a wallet, location, traffic pattern, or action appears unlawful, abusive, sanctioned, automated, or inconsistent with these rules.
3. Draw-specific terms
Each draw may specify:
- category, organizer, participation mode, and prize-funding mode;
- sales start, duration, and whether sales end at the deadline or when the ticket cap is reached;
- ticket price, ticket cap, wallet and purchase limits, and minimum participation;
- winner count, selection profile, and prize distribution;
- prize identity, custody status, and immutable content or rules commitment;
- fees, cancellation behavior, and deployment limits.
Free participation has no ticket price. Paid tickets use SUPRA only. Third-party tokens and NFTs are not ticket-payment methods.
A user-created draw begins as a request. The authorized lifecycle service may complete it, the platform or system may reject it, or its owner may cancel it while it is pending.
Sales do not begin while the item is only a pending request. After completion, the configured preview, sales, dVRF, and settlement stages apply.
User-created draw content is stored off-chain. Immutable on-chain commitments bind the content and rules recorded by a successful request transaction. ElyxS may hide unsafe content, but moderation does not rewrite those commitments.
Some creator features and conditions may depend on the account access available at the time. ElyxS shows current availability and cost before the creator confirms a request.
If the UI and contract state disagree, the contract state controls the on-chain operation.
4. Entries and tickets
An entry counts only when the contract records it as successful. A pending wallet prompt, local UI state, or support message does not create a ticket.
A transaction that fails, reverts, or never reaches the contract does not create an entry. A repeated successful submission can create another entry if the draw rules allow it.
Tickets are tied to the participating wallet. ElyxS does not guarantee that tickets, claims, or refunds can be transferred to another wallet.
A wallet or network interruption can leave a submission status unknown. Do not sign the same purchase or request again merely because the page did not receive a final response.
Let ElyxS check the attempt, then review wallet history or SupraScan. Retry only after the original attempt is confirmed failed or the app offers a safe retry.
5. Odds
Odds depend on final eligible tickets, unique-wallet rules, winner count, and the selected winner profile.
Some draws give one equal chance per wallet. Others weight chances by tickets and may require unique winners or allow one wallet to win more than one rank.
No user is guaranteed to win.
6. Winner selection
Winner selection uses the configured contract process and Supra dVRF.
ElyxS does not manually choose winners, replace verified randomness, or privately reassign a settled prize.
Supra dVRF proves the random output. The contract record shows how the fixed selection rules produced the winners.
Neither proves that an organizer owns or will deliver an external prize.
Settlement may be delayed if dVRF, Oracle data, automation, RPC access, data processing, or another dependency is unavailable.
7. Prizes and rewards
User-created draws support these prize arrangements when current configuration allows them:
| Mode | Custody | Contract-backed outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Contract-custodied SUPRA | SUPRA locked by the contract | Smart-contract transfer through the supported receipt process |
| Contract-custodied fungible asset | Supported fungible asset locked in a contract vault | Smart-contract asset transfer through the supported receipt process |
| Contract-custodied NFT | Supported NFT object locked in a contract vault | Smart-contract NFT transfer through the supported receipt process |
| Organizer-managed prize | No prize is held by the contract | Winner record only |
For an organizer-managed prize, the creator is responsible for the prize's existence, legality, condition, delivery, taxes, deadlines, and external disputes.
The contract does not provide a prize claim or delivery remedy for that mode. A fair winner record is not proof of fulfillment.
A user-created draw may charge a creation fee and, for paid entry, a fee based on successful sales. ElyxS shows the current amounts before the creator confirms the request.
The creation fee is credited toward the sales-based fee. After settlement, the contract deducts only any remaining balance of that fee from gross sales.
The organizer may claim the resulting revenue. Prize escrow is never organizer revenue or platform revenue.
8. Claims
After a valid result, each contract-backed winner entitlement is perpetual and irrevocable.
It does not expire, return to the organizer, roll into another pool, or become platform revenue.
When an entitlement is settled through the supported receipt process, the smart contract transfers the assigned contract-custodied SUPRA prize, fungible asset, or NFT to the recorded winner.
Each assigned prize can be claimed once.
ElyxS cannot move a claim to another wallet or recover a lost wallet.
9. Cancellations, failed draws, and refunds
For a user-created draw, the financial result depends on the exact lifecycle point:
| Scenario | Creation fee | Ticket payments | Escrowed prize |
|---|---|---|---|
| Owner cancels a pending request | Kept by the platform | Sales have not started | Returned to the depositor |
| Platform or system rejects a pending request | Returned to the payer | Sales have not started | Returned to the depositor |
| An active draw is canceled before a result | Kept by the platform | Refundable to participants | Returned by the contract to the recorded depositor |
| A draw settles successfully | Credited toward the sales-based fee | Net organizer revenue is claimable after any remaining fee is deducted | Becomes the winners' perpetual entitlement |
For an organizer-managed prize, there is no contract-held prize to return. Any external refund or delivery obligation remains with the organizer unless a separate rule states otherwise.
After a valid result, neither the creator nor a platform administrator can cancel, void, refund, expire, sweep, or redirect a contract-backed winner entitlement.
10. Abuse and disqualification
ElyxS may restrict interface access, refuse support, hide content, or preserve evidence when it suspects:
- bots or Sybil behavior;
- attempts to bypass limits or access controls;
- exploitation of contract, wallet, Oracle, dVRF, or supporting-service behavior;
- misleading prize, asset, or organizer claims;
- location or sanctions misrepresentation;
- fraudulent support or refund claims;
- attacks on infrastructure or other users.
Direct contract access does not waive these rules or legal restrictions.
11. Public results and disputes
Contract records are the primary source for on-chain requests, entries, settlement, winners, claims, refunds, and custody events.
If the UI appears wrong, contact support@elyxs.com with the wallet address, draw id or request id, transaction hash, and a clear description.
Support can investigate indexing or display errors. It cannot alter a settled result or force an organizer-managed prize delivery.
12. Taxes and legal compliance
Users and organizers are responsible for taxes, reporting, licensing, prize restrictions, and legal compliance in their jurisdictions.
Do not create or join a draw if its format, entry, or prize is illegal or restricted where you live or use ElyxS.
13. Changes
ElyxS may update these rules. Material changes may require acceptance of the updated legal bundle before protected actions.
