This policy explains when ElyxS users may claim a prize or refund and how the contract treats creator fees, sales revenue, and escrowed prizes.
1. Testnet scope
The public beta uses Supra Testnet assets. Testnet refunds, claims, prizes, balances, fungible assets, and NFTs have no real monetary value.
They are not redeemable for money or Mainnet assets. This policy does not create a right to real-money compensation or replacement value.
2. Smart contract control
Claim and refund availability depends on contract state. The interface may lag, show an incomplete status, or temporarily miss a recent event.
A card, support message, or local transaction status cannot create a claim that the contract does not recognize.
Contract-custodied SUPRA, fungible-asset, and NFT prizes are locked before a user-created draw becomes active.
After a valid result, the smart contract transfers the assigned prize when the winning wallet submits a successful claim.
An organizer-managed prize is not placed in contract custody. There is no on-chain prize claim or escrow refund for that arrangement.
3. When a refund may be available
The outcome of a user-created draw depends on its lifecycle point:
| Scenario | Creation fee | Ticket payments | Escrowed prize |
|---|---|---|---|
| Owner cancels a pending request | Kept by the platform | No sales yet | Returned to the depositor |
| Platform or system rejects a pending request | Returned to the payer | No sales yet | Returned to the depositor |
| Active draw is canceled before a result | Kept by the platform | Refundable to participating wallets | Returned by the contract to the recorded depositor |
| Draw settles successfully | Credited toward the sales-based fee | Net organizer revenue is claimable after any remaining fee is deducted | Assigned permanently to the winners |
After the contract records a cancellation, returning a fungible-asset or NFT prize may require a separate action. The asset can be returned only to the recorded depositor and only once.
A participant refund may also be available when another paid draw enters a contract-defined cancellation or refund state before a valid result.
Jackpot participation is free, so cancellation does not create a ticket-price refund. The contract may roll the pot into a later jackpot cycle under its rules.
4. When refunds are not available
Refunds are generally not available for:
- a ticket that participated in a valid, settled result;
- a losing ticket;
- a wallet request rejected before it reached the network;
- gas, wallet-provider charges, or third-party costs;
- lost keys, a compromised wallet, or use of the wrong wallet or network;
- a third party assigning value to Testnet assets;
- abuse, sanctions evasion, or a violation of the Terms of Use;
- an organizer-managed prize that the contract never held.
After a valid result, a contract-backed prize cannot be converted into a ticket refund or organizer refund.
5. How to claim a prize
After a valid result, the contract creates a winner entitlement for each escrowed winning rank.
That entitlement is perpetual and irrevocable. It has no claim deadline and cannot return to the organizer, move to a platform pool, expire, or be swept.
When the winning wallet submits a successful claim, the smart contract transfers the assigned SUPRA, fungible asset, or NFT. Each assigned prize can be claimed once.
For an organizer-managed prize, contact the organizer under the immutable draw terms. ElyxS cannot force external delivery.
6. How to claim a refund
When a refund is available, use the refund action shown for the relevant draw or activity record.
Connect the same wallet that bought the ticket. Review the network, contract, draw id, recipient, and amount before signing.
For a canceled user-created draw with a fungible-asset or NFT prize, the recorded depositor may need to use a separate prize-return action.
Support review does not guarantee a refund. Contract state determines whether the action succeeds.
7. Timing
Chain finality, RPC availability, data processing, maintenance, security review, and asset-transfer checks may delay visibility.
Contract-backed winner entitlements do not expire.
If the wallet or page loses the final response, do not submit the same claim, refund, prize return, or revenue claim again blindly.
Wait while ElyxS checks the attempt, then review wallet history and SupraScan. Retry only after the original attempt is confirmed failed or the app offers a safe retry.
8. Abuse and fraud
ElyxS may deny support, restrict interface access, or preserve evidence when it suspects false refund claims, Sybil behavior, sanctions evasion, exploit attempts, or other abuse.
9. Future Mainnet or deployments with real value
A Mainnet deployment or campaign with real-value assets may require additional terms, jurisdiction controls, and refund rules.
This beta policy does not create real-money refund or compensation rights.
10. Contact
Contact support@elyxs.com with the wallet address, draw id or request id, transaction hash, and a clear description.
Support can investigate. It cannot sign for you, recover a seed phrase, change a settled winner, or force an organizer-managed prize delivery.
