What to include

- Transaction hash or draw ID, if available
- The wallet address used for the action
- A screenshot of the error or unclear state
- Briefly: what you expected and what happened instead
Safety rules
Check your message before sending it.
- Never send your seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or access codes.
- Support cannot cancel or modify an on-chain transaction after it has been submitted.
- Winners, payouts, and refunds are determined by smart contracts, not by manual support decisions.
- Include ElyxS context: draw, wallet, transaction, payout, refund, or platform rule details.
