Getting Started with ElyxS

A short start guide for your first ElyxS session: what to prepare, what to open first, and how to go through the initial flow without avoidable mistakes.

Introductory guides before the first platform action.

What to understand first

ElyxS is an on-chain draw platform built on Supra. Ticket purchases, draw results, claims, and refunds are handled through smart contracts rather than private off-chain balance updates.

The active network comes from the current ElyxS runtime and your wallet settings. Before any transaction, check that ElyxS, StarKey Wallet, and the SupraScan link all point to the same Supra network.

If you are participating in the public beta or a test runtime, open Public Beta Testing Rules for ElyxS before you continue. That guide covers test tokens, short draw windows, and automated test-account participation.

What to prepare before you start

Before your first purchase, make sure you already have:

  1. the StarKey Wallet browser extension installed and available in the browser;
  2. the Supra network that matches the current ElyxS mode;
  3. a small SUPRA balance on that network for both ticket purchases and gas fees;
  4. the current legal documents reviewed if the platform asks you to accept them.

If one of these pieces is still missing, fix that first and then return to the draw flow.

Where the main actions live

  • Hub is where the main actions happen: ticket purchases, draw status, history, and verification links.
  • Documentation is where the guides, legal documents, technical references, and common answers live.
  • Support is the right place for blocked flows, unclear wallet errors, or issues that the nearby reference sections do not resolve.

Your first safe flow

  1. Open Hub and choose an active draw.
  2. Confirm that the wallet is connected to the same Supra network shown by ElyxS and that you have enough SUPRA.
  3. Check the ticket price, draw status, and any visible notes before you sign.
  4. Confirm the transaction in StarKey Wallet only after you review the network and the final amount.
  5. After the purchase, wait for the interface to refresh, then use the ElyxS history entry if you want to verify the action later: it already includes the transaction hash and a SupraScan link.

Need help with this flow?

If the steps do not behave as expected, collect the basic context before you contact support.

  1. Confirm that the correct wallet and network are being used.
  2. Save the transaction hash, error code, or a screenshot of the failing step.
  3. If the flow is still blocked, send the key details to support.
