Choose the right draw
Open Hub -> Draws and find an active draw. Before you buy, review the visible status, ticket price, network, and any notes shown in the card.
Do not sign a transaction if the draw no longer accepts purchases or if the wallet is connected to the wrong network.
The current Hub purchase button buys one ticket per action unless the interface explicitly shows another quantity choice. Repeat purchases are available only while the draw accepts sales and the current draw limits allow them.
Confirm the purchase in StarKey Wallet
When you start the purchase, StarKey Wallet will show the transaction request. Review:
- the active network;
- the total amount you are about to send;
- whether the ticket count and final amount match what ElyxS shows.
If anything looks wrong, reject the transaction and reopen the flow from the Hub.
Verify the purchase after it confirms
Once the transaction is confirmed, ElyxS updates your active participations, personal history, and the draw data. Depending on network timing, the UI may take a short moment to reflect the new ticket count.
The purchase will appear in Profile -> My History together with the transaction hash and a SupraScan link, so you do not need to save that data manually.
If you want to inspect the explorer page rather than just open it, use How to Read SupraScan for ElyxS to find the transaction status, function, and ticket events.
If the purchase does not go through
- Check that
StarKey Walletis connected and unlocked. - Make sure the wallet is on the same Supra network shown by ElyxS.
- Confirm that the balance covers both the ticket amount and gas.
- If the wallet request timed out or was rejected, reopen the draw and try again.
