This policy explains the cookies and similar browser technologies ElyxS uses, which categories are optional, and how users can change their choices.
1. Scope
This policy covers cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB where used by the browser or wallet, and similar technologies used by the ElyxS web application.
Public blockchain records and wallet-provider storage are not cookies controlled by ElyxS, even when they appear in the same browser experience.
2. Consent categories
ElyxS uses these categories:
- Necessary: wallet and staff sessions, legal checks, security, consent state, safe transaction recovery, and protected user-draw actions.
- Preferences: interface choices, language, Hub navigation, draft convenience, and wallet reconnect settings.
- Analytics: optional product analytics and sanitized diagnostics through configured tools. They start only after analytics consent.
- Marketing: not used. ElyxS does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, social tracking cookies, or ad retargeting in the public beta.
Rejecting non-essential categories does not block wallet connection, legal acceptance, participation, draw creation, claims, refunds, or public blockchain reads.
4. Preferences
Preference storage keeps local interface choices such as language, Hub section, sidebar state, profile tab, and wallet reconnect convenience.
This may include language, navigation, sidebar, profile-view, wallet-reconnect, and unfinished-draft preferences.
Draft convenience data may include an unfinished user-draw form. The final immutable content and rules commitment is created only through the relevant submission flow.
Preference storage is not used for advertising.
5. Analytics and diagnostics
Analytics and diagnostics are disabled by default. If you grant analytics consent:
- Plausible or PostHog may record selected product events and page views, depending on deployment configuration;
- ElyxS may send sanitized technical diagnostics to its own diagnostic service for no more than seven days;
- ElyxS redacts wallet addresses, transaction hashes, signatures, public keys, and similar identifiers where practical;
- PostHog automatic capture is disabled;
- PostHog session replay is disabled unless a separate privacy review approves it.
If you withdraw analytics consent, ElyxS disables analytics capture and clears known analytics browser storage where practical.
Aggregate or already-sent data may remain according to the configured provider's retention settings.
6. Wallet and third-party storage
Wallet extensions, browsers, RPC providers, asset-metadata sources, and analytics providers may maintain their own storage.
ElyxS does not control wallet-extension storage, browser-level settings, or storage created on a third-party site you open from ElyxS.
You can use browser settings to delete local data, block cookies, or clear site storage. Blocking necessary storage may break sessions, legal checks, uploads, or transaction recovery.
Clearing site storage may remove drafts and local recovery context. It does not cancel a transaction already sent to Supra L1 or erase a contract-backed right.
7. Changing your choices
You can change non-essential choices at any time through Cookie preferences or the same link in the page footer.
If the consent model changes materially, ElyxS may show the consent prompt again.
