Draw Statuses in ElyxS

Participation has not started. ElyxS has a valid future participation window for the draw.

You can review the draw and its terms, but you cannot participate yet. Wait for the displayed opening time and reopen the current draw.

A scheduled time is the earliest expected opening. It does not guarantee that the page will change at an exact second.

Check again if the opening time has passed but the status does not change after a refresh.

The participation window is active. For example, ElyxS may show Buy ticket, Register tickets, or Participate. The exact action depends on the draw and the connected wallet's current conditions.

The status alone does not prove eligibility. Review the action, limits, price, and wallet details shown for this draw before confirming anything.

If the draw is open but no action is available, first check the connected wallet and the conditions on the draw page. Do not try to bypass a disabled action.

New participation is no longer accepted. The window ended because its deadline or recorded participation limit was reached.

No new ticket or registration action should be available. The next public state depends on the draw's recorded conditions and result processing, so this status does not promise that a winner will be selected.

Wait for the next state. Check again if the draw remains unchanged for an unexpectedly long time or if the page still offers new participation.

Participation is closed and ElyxS is selecting or recording the result. The result is not final while this status remains visible.

Do not submit another participation action. Wait for Completed or Canceled, then open the draw again to review the outcome.

If the state does not advance or the page shows conflicting result information, use Verify Draw Results before treating any displayed winner as final.

The draw has a final recorded result. You can open the result and its verification information.

Completed does not mean that every prize has already been delivered or that every winner must perform the same action. Prize availability and receipt are separate wallet-specific states.

Follow Receive a Prize or Refund only when ElyxS shows an action or recorded receipt for your wallet.

Check the result if the winner information is missing, contradicts the verification report, or does not match the draw you opened.

The draw ended through a cancellation path and no new participation is accepted.

Cancellation does not automatically mean that every wallet receives a payment. Free participation has no ticket payment to return.

When the recorded rules allow it, ElyxS separately shows any available refund for paid participation, prize-return action for the organizer, or other recovery action.

Open the draw or your activity record and use only the action ElyxS currently shows. If you expected a refund but no action appears, review the cancellation details before contacting support.

The participation window would otherwise be open, but new participation is temporarily unavailable.

Do not submit a ticket or registration outside the current ElyxS action. Wait for the draw to resume, close, or move to another visible state. A pause does not replace a result that was already submitted for selection.

Check again if the pause remains after the displayed participation deadline or the page shows an active participation action at the same time.

ElyxS cannot currently show a reliable normal state for the draw. This is not the same as Canceled.

Do not infer that participation is open or that the draw has failed. Refresh once and reopen the draw from the current catalog or history.

Avoid confirming a wallet request until the draw has a clear state and matching action.

If the state remains unavailable, check the ElyxS Status page and use Support.

1. Reopen the draw from the current ElyxS catalog or history and refresh once.

3. If the network result is final but ElyxS still shows a conflicting state, contact Support with the public wallet address, draw ID, transaction hash when available, and a screenshot without secret information.
